The "Noughties"

The September issue of Artforum includes in its fall preview info about the Lyon Biennial 2007, titled "The 00s: The History of a Decade That Has Not Been Named." Curators Stephane Moisdon and Hands-Ulrich Obrist promise "a history and geography manual in the form of a game" and artists have designed a "set of strategies" to define the decade.
